Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order, unless the order has already been shipped or is out for delivery.
No cancellations are accepted for perishable items like flowers or eatables unless damaged.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after approval and returned via the original payment method.
For defective or damaged products, please report within 5 days of receipt.
